Internals of BOGK
BOGK is organized into the following bodies:
Annual Assembly
The Annual Assembly of all members decides on the general policies of BOGK and elects its president. Since 2005 Konrad Linkenheil of Spreewaldhof holds this post.
Board
The Board consists of four delegates from each of the four Group Boards: The Group Chairman and the Gourp Vice Chairman as well as two more Group Board members are sent into the Board respectively. They are elected for a period of three years; re-election is possible.

Product Groups
BOGK is organized into four Product Groups – which elect their respective own Group Boards. A member company may me member in one or more product groups, according to its production portfolio.
Committees and Workin Groups
The actual work is done inside the Committees and Working Groups. Today there are five committees – including two Raw Material Committees – and a large number of working groups.
External Working Groups
A major part of its work is done by the management of BOGK and representative from its member companies in committees and working groups of its partners: European associations, various German ministries, the EU Commission and a number of research labs of German and European universities.
